Hi, we’re Perri & Brad. We opened SIP in February 2025 after a successful summer at Queso Hombre down on the Harbour Arm.

SIP was a bit of a passion project, we love the Signal Box building, we love the location and we love good coffee. It was important to us to respect the history of the building and celebrate it’s unique features. Our first thoughts were to re-expose the old signal levers, illuminate the original map and utilise the space, maximising the panoramic views and the outside platform terrace.

We aim to provide a modern coffeeshop vibe with top-quality ingredients and welcoming hospitality, plus a touch of vintage flair with real crockery and traditional British treats.
